摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探讨城市居民自杀死亡分布及影响因素。方法 :对 1995 - 1999年贵阳市城区 36 0例自杀死亡者历史资料进行研究。结果 :自杀以女性 (自杀比例 70 % ) ,30～ 5 0岁 (自杀比例 4 6 3% ) ,无业 (含学生 )或工人(自杀比例分别为 39 2 %和 30 % )、初中及以下文化程度 (自杀比例 6 6 4 % )、经济收入低者 (人均月收入 <2 0 0元 ,自杀比例 5 1% )多见 ,且常有恋爱、婚姻受挫或夫妻、家庭关系不和等原因 (占自杀原因的 5 3 6 %、占自杀诱因的 4 7 2 % )。具有以上特征的人群为自杀高危人群。结论 :贵阳市城区居民自杀的高危人群具有年龄、性别职业和经济收入的特征性
Objective:To study the distribution of and influence factors on suicide.Methods: A historical material study was conducted on 360 cases of suicide death from 1995 to 1999 in Guiyang city.Results: Among these cases,the prevalent conditions were:female(accounted for 70%),aged 30～50(46 3%),no job(including students,39 2%)or labor workers(30%),education level under junior hingh school(66.4%),and low income(under 200 yuan per person per month,accounted for 51%).Other inducing factors were:failure in loving or marriage,or family problems(accounted for 53.6% of suicide reasons,and 47.2% of inducing factors).People having the features as mentioned above were the high risk propulation,Conclusion: People that committed suicide are mostly females,aged 30～50,having no job(including srtudents),or labour workers,education level under junior high school,and having low income,and always having problems in personer emotion, marriage or family.These people are high risk population.
