摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨MMP-9和CD44V6在舌癌(TSCC)中的表达以及其与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。方法:收集口腔科接受手术切除治疗的石蜡癌组织和癌旁组织,本研究共纳入标本80个(舌癌组织标本59个,癌旁组织标本21个和舌癌转移组织标本24个),采用免疫组化的方法检测两种组织中的MMP-9和CD44V6表达,分析两者表达与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果:舌癌组织的MMP-9阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.01),而CD44V6阳性表达率无统计学差异(P>0.05);舌癌伴有淋巴结转移的患者CD44V6表达阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05),舌癌伴淋巴结转移的患者MMP-9表达阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05),TSCC组织中的原发灶和转移灶的CD44V6、MMP-9阳性表达率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:CD44V6、MMP-9的表达与TSCC发病、转移有着密切的联系。
Objective: To examine the expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6 in tongue squamous cell carcinomas( TSCC) and the relationship between MMP-9,CD44V6 and the clinical pathological features of TSCC. Methods: The paraffin block( including TSCC tissues and tumor-adjacent tissues)which received treatment at our hospital from 2008 to 2013 were collected. The expressions of MMP-9and CD44V6 in two kinds of tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry method. The relationship between the expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6 and the clinical pathological features of TSCC was discussed. Results: A total of 80 specimen were retrospective analyzed,including 59 TSCC tissues and21 para carcinoma tissues. The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in TSCC tissues was obviously higher than that in para cancerous tissues. The positive expression rate of CD44V6 in two kinds of tissues had no obvious differences. The positive rate of MMP-9 and CD44V6 was significantly increased in patients with lymphatic metastasis( P < 0. 05). The differences in the positive expression of MMP-9 and CD44V6 of primary and metastatic TSCC tissues had no statistical significance. Conclusions: The expressions of MMP-9 and CD44V6 had close correlation with the incidence,metastasis of TSCC.
