妊娠期糖尿病的危险因素分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:分析妊娠期尿病(GDM)的危险因素,为GDM的早期干预提供依据。方法:收集门诊建卡产检的590例孕妇资料,于孕24~28周行GDM筛检试验,利用问卷调查收集基本信息,采用χ2检验筛检GDM危险因素,利用多因素logistic回归分析危险因素与GDM的关系。结果:单因素分析结果显示,GDM孕妇与非GDM孕妇比,在年龄≥30岁、孕前超重、妊娠次数、糖尿病家族史、GDM史、不良妊娠史及人工助孕史方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥30岁、孕前超重、GDM史、糖尿病家族史、不良妊娠史及人工助孕史是GDM的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄≥30岁、孕前超重、GDM史、糖尿病家族史、不良妊娠史和人工助孕史是GDM的危险因素。
Objective:To analyze the risk factors for gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) in provide evidence for early intervention of GDM.Method:Antenatel care files of 590 pregnant women were collected and GDM screening tests of the cases were conducted in the 24 th 28 th weeks of pragnancy in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University.A questionnaire survey was used to collect basic information.The Chi-square test was used to evaluate the risk factors of GDM,and then the correlation between risk factors and GDM was analyzed by multivariable logistic regression.Result:The single factor analysis revealed that there was significant difference between pregnant women with GDM and pregnant women without GDM in age≥30,overweight,GDM history,experience of pregnancy,family history of diabetes,abnormal gestation and birth,and artificial pregnancy history(P < 0.05).Conclusions:age≥30,pre-pregnant overweight,GDM history,family history of diabetes,abnormal gestation and birth,and artificial pregnancy history were associated with risk factors of GDM and the intervention and management of pregnant women with high risk factors should be enforced so as to reduce the adverse effects of GDM.
