贵阳地区某工科院校学生膳食结构与营养状况调查
Study on Dietary Pattern and Nutritional Status of College Students in Guiyang Area, Guizou Province

摘要(Abstract):

用随机抽样方法对贵阳地区某工科院校的312名大学生进行了膳食和营养状况调查。结果表明,男生的蛋白质和热能摄入量满足营养需要,女生中二者的摄入量均低于80%RDA;男女生中Ca、VA以及女生中VB_1、Zn等严重摄入不足(<60%RDA);Fe、VB_1、VPP、VC摄入量基本达到或超过RDA;三大营养素供热比例基本合理;但早餐的热能摄入不足一日供给的1/3;营养缺乏病患病率以VitB_2、VA、VC缺乏多见。
Dietary pattern and nutritional status of 312 college students were investigated by random sampling. The study showed that protein and energy intake of male students had satisfied their nutritional requirements, while both intake in female students were below than 80% of RDA; intake of Ca, VA of both students and VB_2 Zn of females were less than 60% of RDA; supplies of Fe, VB_1, VPP, VC almost reached or excessed RDA; percenge of enetargy from protein,fats and carbonhydrates were rational but energy from breakfast was less than one-third of daily supply; prevalence rates of VB_2, VC and VA deficencies in female students were 30.3%, 13.6%, 18.2% respectively, while 28.7%, 9.0%, 11.4% respectively in male students.
