26例克汀病患者脑等电位图的观察PRELIMINARY STUDY OF COMPUTER EEG TOPOGRAPHY IN 26 CASES OF CRETINISM IN GUIZHOU PROVINCE

摘要(Abstract):
用脑等电位图等手段对26例青少年克汀病患者进行检查,并与同龄的22例正常人作对比。结果发现青少年克汀病患者α频带的能量降低,分布呈广泛性改变;θ频带分布亦呈广泛性改变,能量无明显增高。本文将这些结果与头颅 CT、临床症征作了对比分析,考虑与克汀病脑部弥漫性病变和额叶萎缩有关。
Computer EEG Topography(CET)was carried out in 26 cases of creti- nism from 10-19 years old and 22 examinees of normal control at the similar age range to show the changes of brain bioelectrical activity.By comparing with the normal aontrol group,the CET changes of critinism were as follows: the alpha frequency band shifted to parietal and frontal regions;the theta frequency band appeared on temporal and parietal regions.By statistical of both groups,these data are very significant.Energy of alpha band was decre- ased in cretins.These findings may be due to brain atrophy of cretin,parti- culary the atrophy of frontal lobe.Correlative study with CT scanning in cretinism,the very significant change of CET in cretinism associated with very prominent brain atrophy in cretinism.
