原发性高血压患者血清中单胺递质及其代谢物含量变化的研究
The Changes of Serum Concentration of Neurotransmitter Monoamines and its Metabolites in the Essential Hypertension

摘要(Abstract):

本文用反相高效液相色谱法测定了43例治疗前及61例次治疗后原发性高血压患者血清中去甲肾上腺素(NE),多巴胺(DA),5-羟色胺(5-HT)及其相应代谢物3.4-二羟苯乙酸(DOPAC),香草酸(HVA)和5轻吲哚乙酸(HIAA)的浓度。同时以45例正常成人作对照。发现治疗前后的DA均极显著高于正常组,而DOPAC均极显著低于正常。5-HT治疗前极显著降低,治疗后恢复正常水平。
We determined the serum concentration of norepinephrine (NE), depamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC), 4-hydroxy 3-methoxy phenyl acetic acid (HVA) and 5-hydroxy indole acetic acid (HIAA) of 43 essential hypertensive patients before treatment and 61 patients after treatment with β receptor antagonist and Ca~(2+) channel blocking drugs by the method of reverse high performance liquid chromatography. As control the levels of these six substances in serum of 45 normotensive adults had examined. We found that the DA levels of patients either before or after treatment were very significant higher than the control (P<0.01). The 5-HT level in serum of patients before treatment were very significant lower than control, but rised to normotensive level after treatment. The DOPAC level were very significant lower in the patients before or after traetment.
