广州地区过敏疾病患者15种常见过敏原分布规律分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解广州地区呼吸道过敏性疾病患者的过敏原种类、分布特征、过敏原反应强度,分析其与呼吸道过敏性疾病发病的关系。方法:用免疫捕获法对就诊于广州医科大学附属第一医院的6 419例过敏性疾病患者血清样本进行常见15种过敏原特异性Ig E(s Ig E)检测,分析15种过敏原与哮喘、鼻炎、哮喘合并鼻炎、其它呼吸道过敏性疾病的关系。结果:s Ig E检测出阳性率64.17%(4 119/6 419);除屋尘螨和粉尘螨,其他吸入性过敏原s Ig E均为轻度过敏;食物性过敏原主要为轻度过敏;哮喘、鼻炎、哮喘合并鼻炎和其它呼吸道过敏性疾病4组疾病中,吸入性过敏原中屋尘螨阳性率最高,食物性过敏原中牛奶阳性率最高;屋尘螨和牛奶是预诊为哮喘的危险过敏原;屋尘螨和粉尘螨是预诊为鼻炎的危险过敏原;屋尘螨和粉尘螨是预诊为哮喘合并鼻炎的危险过敏原。结论:屋尘螨和牛奶广州地区过敏疾病患者的主要过敏原,哮喘、鼻炎及哮喘合并鼻炎的预诊危险过敏分别为屋尘螨和牛奶、屋尘螨和粉尘螨及屋尘螨和粉尘螨。
Objective: To investigate to the types and distribution of allergens,and the intensity of responsiveness to these allergens and to analyze the relationship between above mentioned characteristics and the development of allergic disorders. Methods: Serum samples were obtained from patients with allergic disease( n = 6 419) who were treated in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou medical university between 2008 and 2013,which were subjected to the detection of specific Ig E of 15 common allergens by using immune-capture approach. The relationship between these 15 allergens and asthma,rhinitis,rhinitis-coexisting asthma and other respiratory allergies was analyzed. Results: As a whole,the positive rate of s Ig E was 64. 17%. Apart from Der pteronyssinus and Der farinae,other inhale allergens and most of food allergens were lightly allergic. In four allergic diseases' groups( rhinitis,asthma,rhinitis-coexisting asthma and other respiratory allergies),in inhale allergen,Der pteronyssinus showed the highest positive rate while in food allergen milk showed the highest positive rate. Der pteronyssinus and milk were risk allergens of preliminary diagnosis for asthma in the study population. Der pteronyssinus and Der farinae were risk allergens of preliminary diagnosis for rhinitis in the study population. Der pteronyssinus and Der farinae were risk allergens of preliminary diagnosis for asthma-coexisting rhinitis in the study population. Conclusion: Der pteronyssinus and milk are main allergens for allergic disorders in Guangzhou. The dangerous allergens of preliminary diagnosis for( rhinitis,asthma,rhinitis-coexisting asthma are Der pteronyssinus and milk,Der pteronyssinus and Der farina,Der pteronyssinus and Der farina,respectively.
