中药复方JEYS溶石和利胆作用研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察中药复方JEYS的溶石和利胆作用。方法:取同一病人的多发性胆石标本随机分为生理盐水组,JEYS低、高剂量组及阳性对照组,用试管法溶石;用豚鼠胆道插管法进行利胆实验,实验分组同溶石组。观察给药前30min,给药后30,60和90min的胆汁流量;检测胆汁中钙离子、总胆固醇和总胆红素的含量。结果:中药复方JEYS有明显的体外溶石作用,且溶石液中的钙离子浓度和总胆红素浓度均明显升高;中药复方JEYS可以明显增加单位时间的胆汁流量及胆汁流量增加百分率,且各给药组中的总胆红素、总胆固醇和钙离子的含量均不同程度降低。结论:中药复方JEYS有体外溶解胆结石的作用,有利胆和降低胆汁中钙离子、总胆红素和总胆固醇的作用。
Objective:To observe litholytic and choleretic effects of JEYS,a traditional Chinese compound.Methods:Tube method was adopted in litholytic experiment.Gallstones coming from the same patient were divided into four groups and soaked in different solutions:NS,Danshitong solution,and 2 JEYS solutions(low and high doses);Cholagogue effects was observed with method of intubating in cobaya' bile duct.Thirty-two guinea pigs were randomly divided into four groups:NS group,positive group and JEYS low,high dose groups,The amounts of bile flow,bile Ca2+,total cholesterol,and total bilirubin were checked at 30min before,and 30min,60min,and 90min after the treatment.Results:Concentrations of Ca2+ and total bilirubin were significantly higher in JEYS solutions than those in NS solution;Bile flow per time unit and its increasing rate were significantly higher,and the amounts of total bilirubin,total cholesterol and Ca2+ were lower in JEYS treated animals than those in animals of NS group.Conclusions:JEYS has litholytic effect in vitro;JEYS has choleretic effect and could decrease Ca2+,total bilirubin,and total cholesterol in biles.
