蕨菜致癌作用的实验研究
The Research on Carcinogenic Effect of Fern Food

摘要(Abstract):

用新鲜甜蕨和苦蕨、处理甜蕨和苦蕨干粉饲养大鼠7个月后,4组动物中分别有6只(33.5%)、3只(18.75%)、2只(12.5%)、1只(6.25%)动物发生肠腺瘤;同时新鲜甜蕨、处理苦蕨两组,各有1只动物发生乳腺腺瘤。另外,用上述四种蕨菜匀浆分别给已接种艾氏腹水实体瘤4组小鼠灌服10天,结果显示,服用后瘤块增大,增重率分别为30.27%、11.01%、4.59%及1.83%。表明蕨菜有诱癌作用和促进肿瘤生长的作用。
Some reports about the carcinogenic effect of fern food were been made abroad in past years.The similar research has not reported in our country yet.Our reseach on local fern food and the comparing reseach of inducing and accelerating effect of cancer of rats was performed in the lab.The results showed:1.The rates of intestinal adenoma induced by orally administered fern were 37.50% in fresh sweet fern(FSF) group,18.75% in fresh bitter fern(FBF) group,12.50% in meneged sweet fern(MSF) group and 6.25% in meneged bitter fern(MBF) group,respectively.There was a significant difference in viscera coofficient of uterus between the female rats of MBF group and control group,the coofficient was increased in MBF group.2.EAC of 0.2ml was subcutaneously injected into axilla of right limb of the mice.Next day,FSF,FBF,MSF and MBF were orally administered to each mouse of corresponding group respcetively.After 10 day,the mass of tumor reproduced.The increment rate of mass was 30.27% in FSF group,11.01% in FBF,4.59% in MSF and 1.83% in MBF respectively.The results suggested that fern food has a inducing and accelerating effects on cancer.
