白纹伊蚊贵州地方株垂直传播登革1型病毒的研究
A Study of Vertical Transmission of Dengue Virus Type 1 in Three Guizhou Geographical Strains of Aedes albopictus

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究白纹伊蚊贵州地方株对 1型登革病毒 (DEN 1)的垂直传播能力。方法 :用DEN 1感染白纹伊蚊贵州 3个地方株 (贵阳、毕节、兴义 ) ,收集亲代及子 1~ 3代蚊虫标本 ,提取蚊体总RNA ,通过逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)扩增病毒核酸。并以白纹伊蚊海南株作为对照。结果 :感染DEN 1后的白纹伊蚊贵阳株亲代、子 1代 ;白纹伊蚊毕节株亲代、子 1代 ;白纹伊蚊兴义株及海南株亲代、子 1~ 3代的蚊体内均可检测到病毒核酸。结论 :DEN 1均能通过白纹伊蚊贵州 3个地方株垂直传播。白纹伊蚊贵州不同地方株对DEN 1的垂直传播能力有差别
Objective: To observe the ability of three Guizhou local strains of Aedes albopictus to vertically transmit DEN-1. Methods: Three local strains of A.albopictus were orally infected with dengue-1. Samples of parent and F1~F3 generation mosquitoes were collected. The total RNA was obtained from the samples and the NS1 gene of DEN-1 was detected with RT-PCR. The A.albopictus of Hainan strain was used as control. Results: Virus nucleic acid was detected in the parents and F1 generation mosquitoes of Guiyang and Bijie strains, and in the parents and F1~F3 generations of Xingyi and Hainan strains. Conclusion: These three Guizhou local strains(Guiyang, Bijie, Xingyi)of A.albopictus could vertically transmit dengue virus type 1, but their transmission efficiency for DEN-1 are different.
