双波长薄层扫描法测定知柏地黄丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :测定知柏地黄丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :根据在紫外光的激发下盐酸小檗碱可产生荧光的性质 ,应用双波长薄层扫描法 ,选择λS=342nm ,λR=2 6 2nm测定知柏地黄丸中盐酸小檗碱。结果 :测定了三个批号的产品 ,其含量在 0 0 14 86 %~ 0 0 194 8%之间。结论 :此法操作简便 ,结果可靠。加样回收率为99 0 1% ,RSD为 2 2 %。
Objective:To analyse the content of berberine hydrochloride in Zhibai Dihuang Wan.Methods:According to the fact that berberine hydrochloride can produce fluorescence under the excitation of ultraviolet light, a quantitative method was developed for determination of berberine hydrochloride by the scanning method of two-wavelengths thin layer chromatography. The λS was 342nm and the λR 262nm.Results: Three sets of product were determined. Their contents of berberine hydrochloride were in the range of 0 01486~0 01948%. The recovery rate and the relative standard deviation were 99 01% and 2 2% respectively.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate and the results should be consistant.
