摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨铅对小鼠脑皮质中蛋白激酶C-γ亚型(PKC-γ)蛋白表达的影响。方法:小鼠出生第1天起,染铅组母鼠开始通过饮水饲以不同浓度醋酸铅2.4、4.8、9.6mmol/L;幼鼠出生后,先通过哺乳接触铅,断乳后则自行饮用与母鼠相同浓度的含铅水;分别在第14,21,28,35天处死小鼠,用蛋白免疫印记法观察各组小鼠脑皮质区PKC-γ蛋白表达。结果:慢性铅暴露对小鼠脑皮质PKC-γ蛋白表达总体上呈现下降趋势,各染铅组PKC-γ蛋白表达与相应时期对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铅扰乱PKC-γ蛋白正常表达。
Objective:To observe the effect of chronic lead contaminant on PKC-γ protein expression in pallium of mice.Methods:Chronic acetic lead contaminant was applied to mice(2.4,4.8,and 9.6 mmol/L),and pups were killed in 14,21,28,35 days respectively.Western blotting was used to observe PKC-γ protein expression in pallium.Results:Compared with that of control group,PKC-γ protein expression of chronic lead exposure mice in all of treated groups was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic lead exposure can disturb PKC-γ protein expression in mice.
