几项补体测定指标间相关性分析
Study on the Correlativity of 7 Complement Determinations

摘要(Abstract):

对68例志愿者与患者作了血清总补体溶血活性(CH_(50))、旁路途径溶血活性(APH_(50))、C_4活性与含量、B因子(BF)的活性与含量、C_3含量测定。活性测定用免疫溶血法,含量测定用单扩散法。结果表明,经典途径指标中C_4活性检出补体水平异常的阳性率为最高;旁路途径指标中则以BF活性阳性率最高。CH_(50)与C_4活性、APH_(50)与BF活性均极显著相关(P<0.01),CH_(50)与APH_(50)、C_4含量与C_3含量显著相关(P<0.05),其余两两指标间无明显相关关系(P>0.05)。作者认为,C_4和BF活性可作为检测补体激活的两项基本的过筛试验,单扩散法作补体成份定量不反映补体活性水平。
Serum total complement hemolytic activity (CH50). alternate pathway hemolytic activity (APH50), activity and concentration of C4 and factor B(BF), and concentration of C3 were measured in 6 8 volunteers and patients by immune hemolytic and immunodiffusive methods for studying their correlativity and positive rates, Results showed that C4 activity(C4) assay had the highest positive rate in our four parameters for assessing classical pathway, and BF activity (BFH) for alternate pathway.Significant correlation was showed between CHs0 and C4H, APH50 and BFH(P< 0.01),as well as CH50 and APH50, C3 level and C4 level(P<0.05). But no significant correlation could be demonstrated among the other parameters, We consider that C4H and BFH might be used as the essentlal screening tests for assessing the body's complement activity. And the concentration of each complement component measured by a immunochemical assay doesn't reflect its active level.
