黄芪不同提取部分抗Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒的实验研究
The Efficacies of Various Parts of Astragalus Membranaceus Against Herpes Simplex Virus(HSV) in Vitro

摘要(Abstract):

本文报道8种黄芪提取部分即AⅠ、AⅢ,AⅣ、AⅦ、AⅧ、AⅨ、AⅩ在VeroE_6细胞中对Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1和HSV-2)的作用。细胞病变(CPE)抑制试验结果表明,AⅠ、AⅥ和AⅦ对HSV-1有抑制作用,AⅠ和AⅥ对HSV-2有抑制作用。AⅥ在体外不能直接灭活HSV-1,但能抑制已感染细胞的病毒复制。
The effects of eight parts of Astragalus membranaceus (AⅠ, AⅢ, AⅣ, AⅥ, AⅦ, AⅧ, AⅨ, and AⅩ) against HSV-1 and HSV-2 were studied by cytopathic effect (CPE) inhibition assay. The AⅢ, AⅣ, AⅧ, AⅨ, and AⅩ did not show any inhibitory effect on HSV-1 and HSV-2, while the AⅠ AⅥ, and AⅦ showed inhibition to HSV-1. When 10 TCID_(50) viruses were used, the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of AⅠ AⅥ, and AⅦ against HSV-1 were 1.0, 0.312, and 0.250 mg/ml respectively, while the MIC of AⅠ and AⅥ against HSV-2 were 1.0 and 0.416 mg/ml. When the amount of viruses increased to 100 TCID_(50), the MIC of AⅠ, AⅥ, and AⅦ against HSV-1 were 1. 667, 0.625, and 0.50 mg/ml respectively, while the MIC of AⅠ and AⅥ against HSV-2 were 2.0 and 0.625 mg/ml. AⅥ could not inactivate HSV-1 directly in vitro. However, AⅥ could inhibite viral replication after virus invaded in cells and no CPE could be seen under microscope.
