摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :对贵阳市两所幼儿园 6 19名 3～ 6岁儿童的龋齿患病情况及相关龋病危险因素进行调查。方法 :对患者母亲文化程度、吃甜食、刷牙情况与患龋率进行了Logistic多元回归分析。结果 :被调查对象随年龄增长 ,患龋率增加 ,男性发病率高于女性 ,三个危险因素在回归分析中均具有显著性意义 ,P <0 0 5。结论 :龋齿患病率随年龄的增长而增高 ,喜甜食、不注意口腔卫生是导致儿童患龋率增高的主要原因
Objective:dental caries and its risk factors were investigated in 619 children ranging in age from 3-6 at two kindergartens in Guiyang city. Methods: The relationship between the factors such as mothers' educational degress, sweet food and teeth brushing habits and caries incidence was analysed by multiple logistic regression. Results: Caries incidence increases with the children growing up, and is higher in the males than in the females(P<0 05). The three risk factors exist are significant in regression analysis. Conclusion: The main factors that make children caries incidence increase are growing age, loving sweet food, and not paying attention to the oral cavity sanitation.
