摘要(Abstract)：

本文用中药藤黄治疗痤疮70例,显效50例,有效20例,总有效率100％,而对照组有效率为40％,P<0.01,明显优于对照组。抑菌试验证实藤黄对痤疮丙酸杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.005mg/ml和0.05mg/ml。
Me have treated 70 cases of acne with Garcinia Morella Desv (GMD).50 cases are very good effect and 20 cases are effect.The tatal effected rate is 100%.The effected rate in control group is 40%, P<0.00l.Tn the laboratory, GMD can inhibite propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus aureus.The MIC of them are 0.005mg/ml and 0.05mg/ml.
