关节囊嵌插型股骨颈骨折(附6例报告)Report of 6 Cases of Capsule Interposed Type Femoral Neck Fracture.

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 临床上股骨颈骨析并不少见,但是。伤后移位折端的尖锐骨叉刺入关节囊、使闭合复位难以战功的“关节囊嵌插型”骨折则尚罕见报导。我院骨科自1972年起的11年中共收治股骨颈骨折95例,其中6例经手术证实为此类型,报告如下:
6 cases of capsule interposed type femoral neck fractures are presented. 5 occurred at middle age. All of them belonged to capitocervical type injuries, with the fragments obviously displaced. Diagnosis was made when close reduc- tion failed, with the head fixed and unable to be moved together with the abducted internal rotated femur. Open reduction and internal fixation, and if necessary, transplantation of a pedicled muscule-bone graft, is the choice of treatment.
