丹芍化纤胶囊对环磷酰胺处理小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探索丹芍化纤胶囊的免疫调节作用。方法 :小鼠腹膜注射环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型 ,同时灌胃给丹芍化纤胶囊 ,观察小鼠免疫器官重量、血清半数溶血值 (HC50 )、白介素 2含量、网状内皮系统的吞噬功能、二硝基氯苯所致迟发型过敏反应。结果 :丹芍化纤胶囊 0 6 ,1 2g/kg灌服给药 ,使环磷酰胺处理小鼠的胸腺和脾脏重量增加 ,HC50 和白介素 2的含量增加 ,网状内皮系统的吞噬功能增强 ,二硝基氯苯所致迟发型过敏反应增强。结论 :丹芍化纤胶囊能明显改善环磷酰胺对小鼠免疫功能的抑制
Objective: To explore the immunomodulatory effects of Danshaohuaxian capsule on cyclophosphamide model mice. Methods: Immunosuppressive model of mouse was established with cyclophosphamide and Danshaohuaxian capsules were then given to the mouse models per os at doses of 0.6 g/kg and 1.2 g/kg. Weight of immune organs, serum 50% hemolytic dose (HC 50), interleukin-2 content, phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system, and delayed allergic reaction caused by dinitrochlorobenzene were observed. Results: Weights of thymus and spleen, serum HC 50 value, and interleukin-2 content increased significantly. The phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system and delayed allergic reaction caused by dinitrochlorobenzene were strengthened. Conclusion: Danshaohuaxian capsule can remarkably enhance immunomodulatory on cyclophosphamide model of mice.
