先天性主动脉出口狭窄的超声心动图诊断
The Diagnosis of Congenital Aortic Orifice Stenosis by Echocardiography

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨超声心动图诊断先天性主动脉出口狭窄的价值。方法:采用HP SONOS 5500型彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断仪,探头频率成人2~4MHz、儿童3~8MHz,观察主动脉瓣的数目、形态、回声及启闭活动,观察主动脉瓣瓣上、瓣下有无异常结构及其血流动力学改变。结果:超声心动图诊断先天性主动脉出口狭窄共41例,双瓣27例、四瓣3例、瓣上狭窄2例、瓣下狭窄9例,8例合并其他先天性心脏病者中有2例已经手术证实。结论:超声心动图在诊断先天性主动脉出口狭窄中具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To evaluate the application of echocardiography in diagnosis of congenital aortic orifice stenosis (CAOS). Methods: Echocardiography was performed on 41 patients with HP 5500 imaging systems. The number,conformation,echo,and the opening and closing actions of aortic valves were observed,and abnormal structure around aortic valves as well as hemodynamic changes,if there was any,were analyzed. The transducer frequencies used were 2.0~4.0 MHz in adult and 3~8 MHz in child. Results: Among the 41 cases diagnosed as CAOS by echocardiography,bicuspid aortic valve stenosis was found in 27 cases,quadricuspid aortic valve stenosis in 3 cases,supravalvular aortic stenosis in 2 cases,and subvalvular aortic stenosis in 9 cases. Two of the 8 cases diagnosed had other kind of congenital cardiopathy complications by echocardiography were confirmed by operation research. Conclusions: Echocardiography can be used in diagnosis of CAOS,and has important value for clinical application.
