致倦库蚊发育各期蛋白质分析Analysis of Protein Composition of Developing Stage of Culex pipiens quinquefesciatus

摘要(Abstract):
应用垂直板状SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析致倦库蚊发育各期蛋白带谱变化,结果显示,自雌蚊卵巢发育、虫卵发育到成蚊整个生命期各期蛋白带数逐渐增多,但各期共有相同的蛋白带12条,Rf分别为0.03,0.11,0.16,0.25,0.33,0.365,0.41,0.60,0.68,0.85~0.86,0.96~0.97;分子量为107KD,91KD,82KD,67KD,55KD,53KD,46KD,34KD,31KD,26KD,18KD,14KD。卵期蛋白带数较稳定;成蚊胸肌蛋白带数较整体的少,且较清晰。
The changes of protein composition of Culex pipiens quinquefesciatus in different developing stages have been analyzed with SDS PAGGE. The numbers of protein band of the mosquito increased gradually, from the egg forming and developing to adult and during the whole life of female and male adult. The are 12 same protein band with Rf 0.03, 0.11, 0.16, 0.25, 0.33,0.365,0.41,0.60,0.68, 0.85-0.86,0.96-0.97,and molecular, 91KD,82KD,67KD,55KD,53KD,46KD,34KD,31KD,26KD,18KD,14KD respectively in the different developing stages, Only the numbers of protein band of the egg are more stable,and the number of protein band in the thorax is less and more clear than that of the whole body of the mosquito.
