摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解贵州省社区卫生服务中心基本设施建设现状及发展中存在的问题。方法:对贵州省8州市的134个社区卫生服务中心作为对象进行调查,调查方法采用标准问卷和统一表格,由各调查对象自填,内容包括业务用房面积、业务用房达标情况、布局合理情况及危房面积等。结果:全省8州市134个社区卫生服务中心平均业务用房面积为1 284.02 m2,其中78个社区卫生服务中心业务用房面积达到或超过1 000 m2,占58.21%,56个未达标,占41.79%;89个社区卫生服务中心布局符合要求,45个布局不合理;15个社区卫生服务中心共9 320 m2危房仍在继续使用。结论:各州市社区卫生服务中心基本设施建设有待进一步加强,各级政府应加大对社区卫生服务中心的投入,加大改革力度,转变机制,多渠道加强社区卫生服务中心基本设施建设。
Objective: To investigate the current situation and the existing problems of infrastructure construction of community health service centers of Guizhou Province. Method: A total of 134 community health service centers from 8 prefectures and cities of Guizhou province were investigated by means of standard questionnaires and unified forms. Results: The average service building area of involving health centers was 1 284. 02 m2. The layouts of 89 community health service centers were reasonable,accounting for 66. 42% of total area; 45 out of 89 community health service centers met the requirement,accounting for 33. 58%; 41. 7% business building fail to meet the requirement and showed unreasonable layout. Conclusion: The infrastructure construction of community health service centers of the prefectures and cities in the province needs to be further improved.
