高效液相色谱法测定注射用辛芍中野黄芩苷含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立注射用辛芍(冻干粉针)中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:DiamonsilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:335nm;柱温:40℃;进样量10μl。结果:野黄芩苷的线性范围为0.030~0.11mg/L(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为2.3%(n=9)。结论:反相高效液相色谱法测定注射用辛芍,方法准确、简便快速,重复性好。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of scutellarin in Xinshao freeze-dried powder injection. Methods: The reverse high pressure liquid chromatography was adopted. The column was Diamonsil-ODS C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and mixture of methanol -0.1 % phosphoric acid (50∶50) as mobile phase, with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength at 335 nm. The column temperature was 40 ℃, and the sample size was 10 μl. Results: A good linearity between the range of 0.030~0.11 m/L was obtained (r=0.9998). The average recovery rate was 100.2 %, with RSD of 2.3 %. Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the use of quality control of Xinshao freeze-dried powder injection.
