贵阳地区人群尿电解质与血压关系的初步研究THE RELATION BETWEEN THE URINARY ELECTROLYTES AND BLOOD PRESSURE AMONG INHABITANTS LIVING IN GUIYANG

摘要(Abstract):
本文对贵阳地区随机抽取男、女不同年龄组的两个人群进行了调查,采用t(t’)和F试验、单因子相关对比分析各生理、生物学参数与血压间的关系。结果:①高血压患病率为1.6%;②第一人群示血压水平随体重指数增大而增高;③两人群(同年龄、性别)对比,第二人群的血压均值显著高于第一人群,且前者血压与Na~+/K~+比值呈显著正相关,分析结果支持Na~+/K~+比值是影响血压水平的重要因素;④第二人群尿Ca~(++)与血压显著正相关,提示Ca~(++)也是影响血压的一个因素。
The surveys are done in two population samples. One group revealed men and women aged 20-59 years in a factory including 200 workers and cadres; the other group was men aged 20-24 and 40-44 years in the environs including 50 vegetable farmers and workers. Their enviroment and diet taken were all the same. The variable data in physiology and biology were analyzed by "t" test, F statistios and linear correlation analysis. The result showed: ① The incidence of hypertension was 1.6%; ② The first group showed hat the increased body weight index was closely associated with higher blood pressure; ③ In comparing the two groups with same age and sex, the mean blood pressure was significantly higher in the second group than the first, and Na~+/K~+ actually exerted a hypertensive effect on blood pressure; ④ In the second group, urine Ca~++ was implicated in the regulation of blood pressure. So Ca~++ is one of the contributing factors of hypertension. The Na~+/K~+ revealed positive correlation with blood pressure levels. The result showed that the Na~+/K~+ ratio is an important factor, which can regulate the hypertension level, as well as the Ca~++.
