肝纤维化和血清标志物联合检测在肝病诊断中的应用
Application of Combined Examine Methods of Hepatic Fibrosis and Serum Marker in Diagnosis of Liver Diseases

摘要(Abstract):

目的:检测肝纤维化血清标志物层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ C)、血清透明质 酸(HA)在不同临床类型肝炎及其他肝胆疾病中的血清学水平,以探讨其临床诊断价值。方法:收集129例不同临 床类型肝病患者血清标本,用放射免疫法检测血清中LN,PCⅢ,Ⅳ C,HA含量,以30例健康人为对照。结果:各肝 病组血清4项指标水平均较对照组有不同程度的升高,尤以慢性肝炎重度组和肝炎肝硬化组升高显著,与对照组 比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:LN,PCⅢ,Ⅳ C,HA的联合检测对诊断肝纤维化有较高的临床价值。
Objective: To examine the hepatic fibrosis serum marker levels of Laminin (LN), Precollagen typeⅢ (pcⅢ), Collagen type Ⅳ (CⅣ) and Hyalurohic acid (HA) in different clinical types of hepatitis and other liver and gall diseases and so as to explore their clinical value in diagnosis. Methods: Serum samples of 129 cases of different clinical types of liver disease were collected and the contents of LN, PcⅢ, CⅣ, and HA in them were examined with radiate immune method. The results were compared with those of 30 healthy persons. Results: Significant differences of the contents of the 4 targets were found between each liver disease group and the control. The highest levels were found in serious chronic hepatitis and hepatic fibrosis groups, and there were remarkable differences between them and control gronp (P<0.01). Conclusion:It has high clinical value to use combined examination of LN, PCⅢ, CⅣ, and HA in diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis and other hepatic diseases.
