32例脑肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能观察

摘要(Abstract):

本文报导32例脑肿瘤患者(良性23例、恶性9例)外周血T细胞对PHA刺激的淋转反应及OKT McAb检测其T细胞亚群的变化,和用欧苏松改良法检测红细胞免疫粘附功能。其免疫异常表现为:脑瘤患者T细胞的~3H—TdR掺入值明显低于正常人。T细胞亚群中OKT_4细胞较正常人降低、OKT_3细胞较正常人增高、OKT_4/oKT_3较正常人OK值显著降低;而红细胞C_3b受体花环较正常人降低,红细胞免疫复合物较正常人升高明显,统计学检验均有差异。在良恶性脑肿瘤患者之间差异以淋转反应下降最明显,结果表明,脑瘤患者细胞免疫功能低下,表现出一定程度的免疫调节紊乱、红细胞免疫粘附功能下降。
In this study, 32 patients with brain tumour were examined.Among them there were 23 benign and 9 malignant cases.The T-lymphocyte blastogenesis test to PHA was measured by ~3H-thymidine deoxyriboside incorporation (~3H-TdR), T cell subpopulation count by OKT series of monoclonal antibody.The red cell immune adherence test was done by improved Ou Su Song method.Following results were obtained: 1.The values of T-lymphocyte blastogenesis test to PHA in brain tumour patients were lower significantly than that in control groups (P<0.01).The marked difference in ~3H-TdR incorportion was observed between benign and malignant groups of brain tumour.2.In T cell subsets the TOKT_4~+ cell population revealed a decrease, whereas the OKT8~ revealel a increase.3.The rate of rosette of red cell C_3b receptor was lower than that in the control, whereas the rate of rosette of red cell immune complex was higher.
