摘要(Abstract)：
应用 Seldinger 法经股动脉行选择性肾动脉栓塞术,对预防手术中大出血、完整切除病变、缩短手术时间等效果良好。
A selective renal arterial embolization was performed on 15 patients by Seldinger's transfemoral approach.Prior to embolization,it was necessary that a renal arterial angiography should have been carried out so as to establish the nature of the lesions.In patients with benign or inoperable disease,this method could stop the hematuria and alleviate the symptoms.In patients with manig- nant disease,it could prevent excessive hemorrhage on operation,give rise to atrophy of the lesions,and reduse their size.It might much favour a radical resection of the tumor and shortening of the operative time.We consider that this me- thod might yield a lot of good economic and social benefits,and is worthy to be widely applied
