摘要(Abstract)：

目的:研究男性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血Ghrelin与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法:57例男性T2DM患者,合并骨质疏松(OP)组23例(DM1组)、骨含量正常组34例(DM2组),健康男性对照组15例(N组),测血清Ghrelin,并测量腰椎和股骨BMD。结果:(1)DM1、DM2组与N组比较,Ghrelin的水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)DM1、DM2组Ghrelin水平无明显差异(P>0.05);(3)DM1、DM2组中Ghrelin与股骨BMD、椎骨BMD均无关(P>0.05)。结论:T2DM合并OP患者血液中Ghrelin水平与股骨BMD、椎骨BMD间无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum ghrelin levels and bone mineral density in men with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods: Fifty-seven T2DM male patients,were divided into group DM1(23 cases,with osteoporosis) and group DM2(34 cases,without osteoporosis).Fifteen people without diabetes or osteoporosis were chosen as control group(group N).Serum ghrelin was measured in fasting blood,and BMD in lumbar spine and femoral bone was measured by dual-energy x-ray absorption-metry.The correlations between ghrelin and BMD were analyzed.Results:(1) Significant differences were found between ghrelin levels of groups DM1and N,and of groups DM2 and N(P﹤0.05).(2) No differences was found between ghrelin levels of groups DM1 and DM2(P>0.05).(3) Serum ghrelin level did not show correlation with lumbar spine BMD or femoral BMD in groups DM1and DM2(P>0.05,respectively).Conclusion: Serum ghrelin levels in T2DM men are not associated with lumbar spine BMD or femoral BMD.
