摘要(Abstract)：

对50例糖尿病酮症酸中毒进行回顾性分析。结合临床及实验室检查评价了小剂量胰岛素疗法、胰岛素首剂“点火”及静脉滴注系统处理的意义。文中还就水、电解质及酸硷平衡的调整进行了讨论.
Clinical analysis of diabetic ketoacidosis in 50 cases,which are male 30 and female 20,12-71 years old(aevrage,32.2 years),is performed prospectively.The most precipitating causes of diabetc ketoacidosis were infection.The major clinical features of diabetic ketoacidosis consisted of tiredness,dehydration,anorexia,nausea and vomiting.Laboratory findings on admission were 17.5-172 mmol/L(average 30.2 mmol/L)of blood glucose level.Urinary ketone bodies were all positive and CO_2cp<9mmol/L in seven cases. All the patients with diabetic ketoacidosis,which were divided into primiting group(No.20)and without primiting group(No.30),were treated with continuous intravonous infusion of small dose of insuline till their urinary ketone bodies disappeared.In addition,the therapy for the fluid and electrolytes and bicarbonate replacement was also discussed briefly. In our experience,we suggest that therapy of small dose of insuline is an effective,safe,and simple approach for managing diabetic ketoacidosis. However,there is no significant differences in lowering blood glucose level, disappearance of urinary ketone bodies,and average dose of demanded insuline between the two groups.But it has to de demonstrated further.
