用ABC-Dot-ELISA检测兔弓形虫循环抗体的初步研究
Detection of Specific Antibodies in the Sera of Rabbits Experimentally Infected with Toxoplasma Gondii by ABC-Dot-ELISA

摘要(Abstract):

应用ABC-Dot-ELISA检测感染兔弓形虫循环抗体并与ABC-ELISA检测结果进行了比较,结果表明:前者不仅具有与后者相同的敏感性、特异性及重复性,而且操作简易、快速,所需抗原量和待检血清量较少。用二法观察了6只兔于感染后3~90天内抗体的消长情况。此外,对弓形虫速殖子的纯化,可溶性抗原的制备及其在ABC-Dot-ELISA、ABC-ELISA中的应用条件进行了研究。
To detect Toxoplasma gondii antibody of the infected rabbit by ABC-Dot-ELISA has not been reported yet.In this paper, ABC-Dot-ELISA was compared with ABC-ELISA for detecting specific antibodies to T.gondii in the sera of infected rabbits.The results showed that ABC-Dot-ELISA is a very sensitive and specific assay, and is relatively simple in operation.It's·reproducibility is good.The whole procedure of the assay can be performed within 3—4 h and it requires only 2 μl spot of antigen plus 10 μl detection sample.The results can easily be read by eye and expensive photometers are unnecessary, therfore ABC-Dot-ELISA is useful for both laboratory and field studies.It will be a useful tool in diagnosing toxoplasmosis.
