降低总摄氟量的措施及效果评价A Estimation of Effect of Reducing Total Fluorine Intake for Villagers by Stove Reform

摘要(Abstract):
1992年4月对乌当区氟病防治试点村的人群进行了流行病学调查和环境、人群生物样品以及食物中氟化物的监测,以评价自1989年以来改灶降氟措施的效果和居民总摄氟量的变化。结果表明改灶后空气中的氟化物、SO及TDP明显下降,总摄氟量降至4mg。同时本文对影响降氟的因素和尿氟、发氟、指甲氟等评价指标进行了探讨。
In 1989, we began to perform reducing the fluorine by stove reform for residents in endemic fluorosis area, After three year, in 1992 april, in order to evaluate health effect of reform kitchen stove and changes in total tluorine intake, we carried out epidemiological survey and collection of environmental (air, water, soil, coal) and biological samples and foods, and determined the fluoride level. The results showed that fluoride,SO2, and TSP in air were decreased significantly and the total fluorine intake were reduced to 4mg. In this paper, we disscused the factors of influence on reducing fluorine and evaluation index of fluoride in urine, hair and finger.
