氟对大鼠非骨性组织~3H—亮氨酸掺入值的影响
INFLUENCE OF FLUORINE ON THE ~3H-LEUCINE UPTAKE IN NONSKELETAL TISSUES IN THE RATS

摘要(Abstract):

实验用 Wistar 大鼠35只,随机分为三组:Ⅰ.对照组;Ⅱ.饮水中加氟10ppm 组;Ⅲ.饮水中加氟30ppm 组。实验后7个月处理动物,用氟电极法测定大鼠尿氟含量,称量体重,用~3H-亮氨酸掺入法测定多种非骨性组织的蛋白质合成率.结果表明:Ⅱ、Ⅲ组大鼠尿氟含量增高;Ⅲ组大鼠体重减轻,其甲状腺、大脑、肝、肾、心和肺等器官的组织蛋白质合成率降低,而其脾、胃、小肠和骨骼肌的组织蛋白质合成率无明显改变;Ⅱ组大鼠体重未见减轻,其非骨性组织未见蛋白质合成率降低。
Thirty-five Wistaar rats were randomly divided into the test groups,drin- king water containing 10 ppm and 30 ppm fluorine respecively,and the con- trol group drinking low-fluorine water.The experimental period was seven months.The fluorine contents of the urine in the rats were measured by the fluorine-electrode method.All the animals were weighed at the begining and the end of the experiment respectively.Protein synthesis rate of the tissues were determined by ~3H-leucine uptake technique.The results showed that in the test rats the fluorine content of the urine was higher;decrease of body weight and depression of protein synthesis in brain,liver,kidney,heart, lung and thyroid,except spleen,stomach,intestine and skeletal wuscle,mere appeared in the rats of drinking water containing 30 ppm fluorine;there were no differences about body weight and the ~3H-leucine uptake of all tissues measured between the rats of drinking water containing 10 ppm fluorine and the control rats.
