免疫酶染色法检测斯氏狸殖吸虫抗体实验研究
Experimental Studies on Detection of the Specific Antibody to Pagumogonimus skrjabini with Immunoenzymatic Technique

摘要(Abstract):

用斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫冰冻切片和石蜡切片为抗原作免疫酶染色试验(IEST)检测家兔血清特异性抗体,血清最高稀释度为1:256,反应性免疫复合物位于虫体皮层和肠壁內面;前、中、后段虫体反应基本相同。该抗原片与华支睾吸虫、血吸虫和弓形虫等阳性血清无交叉反应,与同批虫体可溶性抗原Dot-ELISA法检测结果一致。以华支睾吸虫成虫和旋毛虫幼虫肌肉囊包切片与斯氏狸殖吸虫抗血清反应,结果亦呈阴性;但卫氏并殖吸虫成虫和童虫切片与其呈阳性反应。
The specific antibody to Pagumogonimus skrjabini in the sera of immuniz ed rabbits was successfuly betected with immunoenzymatic technique (IEST) using both frozen and paraffin sections of P.skrjabini adults as antigen. The highestdilution of sera used was 1:256. The reactive immune complex was found on the tegument and the imner wall of the worm gut. The results of reactions in the forehead, the middle,and the tail Parts of the worm were primarily similar. Cross reaction wasn't found between the sera of rabbits immunized with P.skrjabini and those of rabbits with Clonorchisiasis, Schistosomiasis and Toxoplasmaiasis.The detection results were similar to those tested with Dot-ELISA. Negative reactions were observed while the sera of rabbit immuned with P.skrjabini were tested with sections of adult of C. sinensis and cyst larva of Trickinella spiralis, but positive reaction was found with sections of adult and juvenile of Paragonimus westermani.
