摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道33例垂体腺瘤患者的CT表现,其中经手术病理证实的20例,其CT定位诊断准确率达100％。提示结合临床表现及生化检查有助于该病的确诊。文中还就垂体微腺瘤的诊断进行了讨论。
The CT manifestations of 33 patients with pituitary adenoma are reported. Twenty eases of them had been confirmed by operation and pathology. We were of the opinion: combining CT findings with clinical appeararnce and biochemical examination would help correctly diagnose the disease. The new advance about diagnosing pituitary microadenoma was introduced.
