摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 脑立体定向手术治疗巴金森氏病虽已有多年历史,但由于定向要求准确,技术颇为复杂,不易普遍开展,因而国内报道不多。作者于1981年9月对2例巴金森氏病患者施行立体定向丘脑腹外侧核破坏术治疗,效果显著,无并发症,兹报道以供同道参考。临床资 料
