摘要(Abstract)：

贵州省兽科所养蜂组的蜂群,于1985和1986连续两年的2～5月间发生了囊幼病,自发病幼虫体内收集的病毒,经电镜观察,琼脂扩散,免疫电泳及补体结合试验的检测,确认发病幼虫体内带有的病毒为中蜂囊幼病病毒。
In Feb-May 1985&1986,there appeared two outbreaks of sac brood disease in Apis cerana Fabricius in Guizhou Veterinary Rasearch Institute,Guiyang. We gathered the virus from the diseased brood detected the existence of paticles looking like the CSBV under electron microscope.It was further identified by tests of infection,agar-diffusion,immuno-electrophoresis and complement fixation.The standard antiserum was presented by Bees Research Institute, Chines Academy of Agriculture Sciences,Beijing. With the gathered virus preparation,we prepared rabbit antiserum,which reacted with CSBV antigen only in agar-diffusion and complement fixation test. It was suggested that this antiserum was better in specificity.It is the first time to recognize the CSBV in infected Apis cerana Fabricius in Guiyang.
