摘要(Abstract)：

对142例老年患者和90例60岁以下患者急性心肌梗塞(AMI)的临床资料进行比较,发现贵阳地区老年人的AMI有以下特征:相对发病率较高,男性发病高于女姓,再梗塞者明显高于对照组,起病常不典型,梗塞部位以前、侧壁为多,主要并发症为心律失常,142例老年患者的病死率为23.3％,死因以泵衰竭最多。
The clinical materials of 142 elderly acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients admitted to a collaborative group of 10 hospitals in Guiyang were analysed. The results demonstrated that the special clinical features of the elderiy patients were as follows:1. There were only 232 cases from 1975 to 1984 but more than 2/3 of them were above 60 years of age. 2. Average age of the patients was 68.73±7.36 years with a male to female ratic of 3.06 1. 3. 10.6％ of them had history of MI, which was much than those below 60 years (3.7％). 4. The onset of symptoms were atypical: 50 per cent of the patiens had no angina pectoris, 25％ were the fi rst angina pector is, 75％ in rest, 14.7％ were induced by infections;The incidence of typical chest pain was rower than the controls,and atypical chest pain, shook hart heatfailure, arrythmia sand vomiting were higher than the controls.5.The site of infarction:anterior-lateral infarctions were three times than posterior- inferior infarctions. 6. The main coplications were: arrrhythmias 84.5％, pump failure 38％(including shock and heart failure). 7.Hospital AMI mortality (23.2％) was much higher than that of the controls(5.6％) Especially in that of repeat attacks of infarction and combined two sites of infarctions were 33％ & 46.2％ respectively. 8. The eases of death were:pump failure 51.5％. serious arrhythmias 45.5％ (including 11 cases of cardiae arrest. Among these, there, were 7 easses of primary ventricular fibrillation)
